Writes a PHP array as source: short syntax, four spaces per level.
var_export() emits the long array ( form, indents nested levels by two
spaces from column 0 and leaves a trailing space after =>. Generated files
that are rewritten on every run (the {App}AppBase, .ui5-sources.php) then
churn on each regeneration. This keeps var_export() for what it does well —
quoting scalars — and lays out the arrays itself.
A list (array_is_list()) is written without keys. $indent is the column
the closing bracket sits at, so the result can be placed after return at
any depth.
