Interface LaravelUi5\Sdk\Security\Contracts\AbilityIndexInterface

Resolves an ability declaration to its sync-assigned DB id (sdk_abilities.id) — the structural lookup that callers used to each do with their own raw sdk_artifacts ⋈ sdk_abilities query.

The index holds every ability type (Access / Act / See / Read) for every artifact, read with {@see abilityId()}. Whether an artifact is gated at all is {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Security\Grants\ArtifactAccessPolicy}'s question, answered from the declaration — the index only knows ids.

Implemented by both registries (the established dev/prod split):

{@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Ui5\CachedRegistry} reads the baked {@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Security\AbilityRef} map → zero request-time queries.
{@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Ui5\SdkRegistry} (dev, no baked ids) resolves lazily and memoises per request.
