`extends`	`SlottableInterface`

The slot-propose capability — values an artifact contributes to the active composition. Extends {@see SlottableInterface}: every proposer is also a consumer, so a composition node declares both what it needs and what it offers through a single interface.

Only composition nodes (Dashboard, Card, Tile, Chart, DashboardGroup) implement this. The Core CompositionParameterSource (Parameter API D10) walks the active dashboard's tree (dashboard → groups → tiles/cards), aggregates each SlotProposableInterface artifact's getSlotProposals() map, and applies the D13 conflict policy (first-write-wins; subsequent conflicting proposals emit Log::error()).

Pure consumers (a Report; a typed action handler that opts into slots) do not implement this — they carry {@see SlottableInterface} alone.
