A unit of work that rewrites catalogues the code declares — a vendor's delivery, applied whole — and therefore
writes no positions to the change log: one head records the run, with the tables it wrote and its summary
(BusinessTransaction::summary()).
Declare every table it writes. None of them may be audited, and only an automation command may run it; the runner refuses otherwise. The tables it actually writes are measured and must be among the ones declared.
