A table whose translatable columns the SDK delivers in the request's language:
which rows of sdk_texts belong to it, and how a row of the table finds them. One adapter
serves every Customizing catalog; the SDK's own tables (artifacts, abilities, settings) and the Foundation's
code lists bring one each.
