Thrown when a bound TenantResolver cannot determine a tenant for the current request — fail-loud, never a silent fiction.
The default resolver ({@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Installation\DefaultTenantResolver}) throws it when the operator operates no tenant or more than one; a multi-tenant resolver throws it for an un-provisioned domain, a request without the upstream DB switch, etc.
Distinguishable from a generic BindingResolutionException so test code
can expectException(MissingTenantResolverException::class) and so the
message can carry an actionable hint directly.
