A process facet for cross-discovery in the LUX Loom marketplace — the input to the Launchpad top-level search appliance (the marketplace descriptor).
Declared on the Module, repeatable (0..n per package). $id is a
scheme-prefixed identifier (apqc:<id>); the scheme prefix leaves room for
other vocabularies. Emitted as an opaque string — the APQC registry
validation and the facet search come later.
