core.W5 — the texts of a bundle are what they appear to be. Three findings, each a text UI5 shows without complaint:

a lone surrogate — a \uD800–\uDFFF escape without its pair, shown as �;
placeholder drift — a key whose {N} set differs between the files of a bundle, so one language renders undefined where another renders the argument;
a duplicate key in one file — the last entry wins, the first is dead text.

A file that cannot be read at all (not UTF-8, an incomplete \u escape) is an error: the server refuses it when it loads the bundle.
