core.W8 — what the client renders under its namespace has its key in the module's bundle.

A dashboard group's panel header binds {i18n><namespace>}, a chart's title and subtitle bind {i18n><namespace>} and {i18n><namespace>.description} ({@see I18nBinding}). UI5 shows a missing key as the key itself, so the screen reads com.acme.billing.groups.open_items. That is a warning, one per missing key in the base file of the module's bundle — webapp/i18n/i18n.properties of an app, src/messagebundle.properties of a library. A title written as a binding of its own names another key, which core.W4 looks after.

Reads the bundles a developer edits ({@see Bundle::inProject()}); a package's are fixed in its source project.
