A wire element that can carry a press-intent: the free-form parameters
payload the Dashboard control replays as the parameters of its action
event.
It lets an {@see ElementGateInterface} read the intent typed, instead of
guessing at an array key. Implemented by GenericTile (and ActionTile),
AbstractCard (and Lux\Chart) and Button.
