Checks that every synced text has its key in the bundle of the module that declares it:
Customizing rows, act/access/read abilities, settings and
app titles. It writes nothing; it lists every missing key with the bundle file it belongs in and exits non-zero.
The check is the registry's own ({@see \LaravelUi5\Sdk\Ui5\SdkRegistry::missingTexts()}), the one ui5:sync
runs — there it stops at the first missing key, here it collects them all.
