`final`

Reads a localized table in one language. The sync has already resolved the chain for every locale of the bundle, so a read needs one effective locale per catalog — the first link of Ui5I18n::fallbackChain() that sdk_texts carries for it, asked once per request — and then one LEFT JOIN per translated column at that locale. No subquery per row.

The joined table is derived, its columns prefixed (__code, __text), so an unqualified code or id in the engine's WHERE stays unambiguous. A column whose row has no text shows its literal.
