Writes the platform owner's two rows as the SDK declares them — Pragmatiqu IT and its support department. The class wins on name, e-mail, type, level, matchcode and the archive flag; what people add stays.
ui5:intake writes them first, before the operator: the support department is the automation actor's default,
and ui5:sync runs as that actor. ui5:sync writes them again and adds the department's owns.
